Finance Officer
		Dennis Beard Mr. Beard is a veteran of the United States Army and has been a member of the American Legion since 1970. In addition, Mr. Beard sits on the Carroll County Board of Commissioners under the Board of Zoning Appeals. Further, since 1971, he has been a longstanding volunteer, as well as Past President of, the Sykesville-Freedom Fire Department, currently serving as their treasurer.
